My Motivation

I decided to document what I eat, my exercise and general feelings in a blog.
I don’t particularly expect any followers.

I’m doing this to help myself, for once.
But if you want to watch my journey (fingers crossed) then, feel free.

My body clock is officially screwed.

I had breakfast today at like 1pm, ‘cos I couldn’t sleep until 4, so I slept in late. 

I had tomato soup with 3 pieces of 50/50 toast.

And a glass of water.


My job for today: packing to go back to Uni. Joyous!
